Blah, blah, blah

I was so down yesterday and today...I didn't have the courage to post my Thankful Thursday or whatever meme is around. I didn't want to go anywhere near the computer.

On Tuesday we finished redecorating the shop. It is nice. Funny how a little moving around things makes such a difference.

However, it seems we won't be getting any merchandise in because there is a strike of the public lorries. And as we found out tonight while going around for gas, petrol stations in out city are out of gas! Swell!

Now for the good news:I received today my books for fall/winter. Let me explain: as english language books are about doble the price, I have to buy them by mail. So i make one or two shipments in October, then one around April, and that keeps my spirit fed for the next few months.

And my dear friend C wrote to me. I am thrilled to see her handwriting and yes, I was tearful when she wondered wether we shall see each other.

I am going to write a special post about my books and about the shop over the weekend. So stay tuned and be happy.
