A new film makes its premiere today. It is called "300" and it is the story of one of the greatest battles in the History of Civilisation. Ancient Greece, year 480 B.C.E. 300 Spartans stood against the army (estimated between 60.000 and 2.000.000) of mighty god-king Xerxes of Persia in the legendary Battle of Thermopylae. 
Some say that it is a violent film. But that is war. I believe that all mothers should take their sons (and daughters, if they can) to see this, and teach them about Duty and Honor, and to learn how to stand by their men, like Queen Gorgo stood by King Leonidas.
